BASE
Let’s begin! It’s time to clear the site so that the plumbing can commence beneath your home. The slab is formed and poured.
FRAME
Wall frames and roof trusses are erected. Your new home is starting to take shape.
LOCK UP
The brickwork and roof cover is completed. Windows are installed.
FIXING
Plasterboard goes up on the internal walls and ceilings. Skirting boards, architraves and doors are fitted. Kitchen and bathroom works begins and all external cladding is completed.
COMPLETION
- Painting, tiling, electrical and plumbing works are completed. Shower screens, mirrors, bench tops, sinks and basins are installed.
- You will be advised when your new home is ready for inspection in preparation for the final handover.
SETTLEMENT
- Congratulations! You are now the owner of a brand new home.
- An onsite handover will be conducted by a member for the ASAC Property Group team on settlement day. Appliances will be installed at an agreed time – ideally as you are about to move into your new home.
